He worked in wealth management for well over a decade and has been a real estate broker since 2006. Mr. Longley holds a real estate salespersons license, a real estate broker’s license, a BA in History, MS in Education, MBA in Management and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Mr. Longley has also secured numerous Real Estate certifications including his REIC (Real Estate Investing Certificate), CRA (Certified Real Estate Advisor), PME (Property Marketing Expert), C.F.S. (Certified Financing Specialist), CBS (Certified Buyer Specialist), AHS (Accredited Home Staging Specialist), IMC (Internet Marketing Certified), RPM (Registered Professional Member of The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers), QSC (Quality Service Certified), CPM (Certificate in Construction Project Management), CCC (Certified Construction Consultant) and CFS (Certified Foreclosure Specialist) designations. He also earned his series 6/7, 63, 65(Registered Investment Advisor) during his tenure as a financial professional.
In his free time he loves playing volleyball, following college football, listening to live music and entertaining. He is involved in various networking groups and is also a generous contributor to a number of local, national and international charities.
