Donald Beck

Architect

Don graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture, with continuing education at Harvard University, and studied under renowned architect, Bruce Goff.Don has over 35 years of hands-on involvement in the programming, planning and design of diverse and distinctive buildings throughout the country. He has 30 years commercial architecture experience and and his buildings have been celebrated with over 50 design awards. He has been involved in the design of over 1,500 buildings, Master Plans, and Renovation/Restoration of over 20 million square feet of historic structures.Don is a guest lecturer and on the advisory board at the University Of Oklahoma School Of Architecture, and served 15 years as the Vice-Chair of the Oklahoma City Building Code Board of Appeals. He co-authored a library planning/design book used by Harvard University as part of their curriculum in library design.
