Scott Van Der Marck, Senior Managing Director, First Republic

Scott Van Der Marck has over 30 years of experience as an advisor to both companies and private clients in the real estate and financial services sectors. He works at First Republic’s office at 1230 Avenue of the Americas in New York, providing private banking, residential and commercial real estate lending, and wealth management services to individuals, families, businesses, nonprofits and foundations.

Before joining First Republic, Van Der Marck was a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo for 13 years. At Wells Fargo, he specialized in new construction and resale condominium and cooperative residential mortgage loans, primarily in New York City. Van Der Marck originated and funded more than $2.5 billion in mortgage production at Wells Fargo. He consistently ranked in the top three nationally in total production, purchase production and new development production at the bank. Prior to Wells Fargo, Van Der Marck was a financial institutions investment banker at various advisory firms. Van Der Marck earned a Bachelor’s degree in history from Trinity College.
