Lisa Nasiak comes to The Hollingsworth Group with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lisa holds an undergraduate degree in Business with a major in Marketing, an MBA with a concentration in Management Science and Marketing and a Law Degree all from the State University of New York. The breadth and the body of her work is truly impressive. She worked for ten years as an attorney for Goldberg Weprin Finkel and Goldstein in Manhattan, New York. During her time there she closed on real estate transactions well in excess of 30 billion dollars. One of her most interesting and complex transactions was representing the buyer of 12 malls located throughout the United States. Furthermore she has represented sponsors as well as purchasers in the sales of large blocks of condominiums that have totaled in the 100’s. She has also handled a vast array of all things real estate including, leasing, financing and condo and coop conversions. 

Lisa oversees the overall Management of the Hollingsworth Group. Furthermore, she is a true resource for our agents and our clients as she understands the legal implications of the real estate transaction. With her background and experience, Lisa has proven to be a valuable member of The Hollingsworth team, but her most important quality is her easy going nature. She simply has an extremely pleasant disposition which has helped her immensely in the high stress world of New York City Real Estate.
